Welcome to Your Swanone Membership!

Thank you for becoming a member of Swanone. As a member of Swanone you can expect to be supported along your fitness journey to “wholeness” through education and one on one feedback. The science is conclusive; cardiovascular and strength training along with flexibility/range of motion, posture training and fascial release are essential components in the search for health and wellness. Health cannot be looked at as merely the absence of disease, but rather as a vital foundation necessary for us to reach our full potential and thrive in every aspect of our lives.

As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Kinesiologist Swanone training provides you with the opportunity to meet Canada’s national guidelines https://csepguidelines.ca/ Meeting these guidelines will ensure we are working toward eliminating/reducing our risk of all chronic illnesses (physical and mental), eliminating/reducing/managing chronic pain, and thriving at every stage of our lives.
