Beginner Weight Workout – max 15, must register

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Thursday, repeating until April 17, 2020
This class will be particularly good for those getting back into strength training or new to it. Weights, resistance bands, body weight and other forms of equipment will be used in this class for a full body workout. Indoor sneakers.
