Sherry Swanburg is a certified Exercise Physiologist with a degree in  Kinesiology.

Sherry’s strength is in developing specific training programs to  address your goals, injuries or lifestyle; she works one on one or with small  private groups.

Sherry has worked as a lab demonstrator in the Kinesiology  Department at Acadia  University and her skills  as a corporate wellness presenter have been utilized by the provincial government and Irving Oil.

At her studio in Kentville Swanone Pilates & Training Studio she also provides a full  complement of Pilates, and Yoga Classes.  Sherry also teaches the popular Beginner Weight and Learn  to Run clinics.  Various other  strength and running classes are available.
